Sh. Gopal Krishna has served at many important positions with Government of India as an IAS. He retired from the IAS in 2020 as the Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, after a service of 36 years of illustrious career. Sh. Gopal Krishna is currently chairing the Conciliation and Settlement Committee set up by the Ministry of Port, Shipping, and Waterways which is an institution for effective resolution of contractual disputes among concessionaires, contractors, consultants, service providers, and major ports through mediation and mutual understanding. Sh. Gopal Krishna is the guiding force behind the Bharat Pravah.
